Beenu Arora

Co-founder, CEO & Member of Forbes Technology Council

Beenu Arora is the Co-founder and CEO of Cyble, where he leads the company’s vision to democratize threat intelligence and empower organizations with real-time visibility into their digital risk. An accomplished cybersecurity expert with a deep background in information technology and strategic management, Beenu established Cyble in 2019 to address the growing need for AI-driven threat monitoring. Prior to founding Cyble, he held significant leadership roles in the telecommunications and high-tech sectors, where he specialized in building and maturing cybersecurity capabilities for large-scale enterprises. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and London Business School, as well as an engineering degree in Information Technology. A recognized thought leader, Beenu is a member of the Forbes Technology Council, where he frequently contributes insights on cyber trends, supply chain risks, and the application of AI in security.

Manish Chachada

Co-founder, COO & Member of Forbes Business Council

Manish Chachada is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Cyble, responsible for overseeing the company’s global operations, financial strategy, and growth initiatives. A seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in international corporate finance, business management, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Manish has played a pivotal role in scaling Cyble from a startup to a global cybersecurity leader. His expertise spans across multiple verticals, including healthcare, fashion, media, and technology. Before co-founding Cyble, he built a robust career in finance and operations, working with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 firms. Manish is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds an MBA from both Columbia Business School and London Business School. He is also a member of the Forbes Business Council and co-chairs the technology group for the Financial Executive Network Group (FENG).

Ernest Fung

Chief Financial Officer

Ernest Fung serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Cyble, bringing over two decades of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and strategic leadership. Appointed in August 2024, Ernest is tasked with driving Cyble’s financial strategy and supporting its global expansion. Prior to joining Cyble, he served as the Chief Investment Officer at GoTo Group, Indonesia’s largest technology ecosystem, where he led the company’s $1 billion IPO and secured over $1.3 billion in pre-IPO funding. He also held the position of Chief Investment Officer at Tokopedia, spearheading its $18 billion merger with Gojek. Ernest’s earlier career includes leading International Corporate Development at JD.com and serving as a Director of Technology Investment Banking at Citigroup. His deep expertise in managing high-growth companies and navigating complex financial landscapes makes him a key asset to Cyble’s executive team.

Kaustubh Medhe

Chief Product Officer

Kaustubh Medhe is the Chief Product Officer at Cyble, where he oversees the strategy and development of the company’s AI-powered threat intelligence platforms. With over two decades of experience in cybersecurity operations and consulting, Kaustubh has a proven track record of building and managing large-scale security programs. Before joining Cyble, he served as the Assistant Vice President of Information Risk Management and Cybersecurity at Reliance Industries, where he was also the General Manager of the Cyber Defense Center and Head of the Security Operations Center (SOC). His background includes extensive work in operationalizing threat intelligence for IT and OT environments. At Cyble, Kaustubh is instrumental in driving research initiatives and ensuring that the company’s product suite—including Cyble Vision and Cyble Hawk—effectively addresses the evolving threat landscape for governments and enterprises.

Mandar Patil

Executive Vice President - Sales

Mandar Patil serves as the Senior Vice President for ASEAN, India & SAARC, META, and Customer Success at Cyble. An industry veteran with over 15 years of experience, Mandar is responsible for driving sales growth, partner strategy, and customer retention across these key international regions. Since joining Cyble as a founding member in 2020, he has been instrumental in evangelizing the company’s risk intelligence platform and expanding its global footprint. Prior to Cyble, Mandar was a Core Team member and Director of Sales at Smokescreen, a security company known for its deception technology. His career is marked by a strong track record of building long-term business relationships and delivering customer-centric security solutions. Mandar’s expertise lies in scaling business operations and ensuring that organizations effectively leverage threat intelligence to protect their assets.

James Wong

Senior Vice President (ASEAN) - Sales

James Wong is the Regional Vice President for ASEAN and SAARC at Cyble, where he oversees sales and business operations across Southeast Asia and South Asia. An IT industry veteran with over 27 years of experience, James joined Cyble in October 2023. Prior to this, he was the Regional Sales Director for ASEAN at Recorded Future and held a similar leadership role at Barracuda Networks. His extensive career includes serving as General Manager for South Asia at Big Switch Networks and holding senior positions at A10 Networks, NICE Systems, and Salesforce.com. James began his sales career at Siebel Systems. He is known for his deep understanding of the regional cybersecurity landscape and his track record of scaling technology businesses in diverse Asian markets.

Dipesh Ranjan

SVP - ANZ & Europe and GSI, Member of Forbes Technology Council

Dipesh Ranjan is the Senior Vice President for ANZ, Europe, and Global System Integrators (GSI) at Cyble. He is also the Chief Growth & Partner Officer, focusing on expanding Cyble’s strategic alliances and market presence. A member of the Forbes Technology Council, Dipesh brings over 22 years of experience in cloud, SaaS, networking, and cybersecurity. Before joining Cyble, he was the SVP and General Manager at Mavenir, overseeing a $250 million business in APAC, and the Vice President and Managing Director at NetFoundry, where he built the APAC operations from the ground up. His earlier roles include leadership positions at Tata Communications, Sify, and Airtel. An alumnus of MIT Sloan School of Management and IIM Ahmedabad, Dipesh is recognized for his ability to lead high-performance teams and execute complex go-to-market strategies.

Ankur operates at the intersection of cybersecurity, business growth, and global collaboration, bringing 18+ years of experience across the Big 4 and industry, with a strong global perspective. At Cyble, he drives AI-powered threat intelligence and digital risk protection initiatives, helping organizations stay ahead of evolving threats. Known for building high-performing teams and turning cybersecurity into a business enabler, he consistently delivers growth-driven outcomes.

Richard Sands

Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Richard Sands is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Cyble, responsible for the company’s internal security posture and for advising clients on managing cyber risks. A cybersecurity veteran with over 20 years of global experience, Richard joined Cyble in early 2021, initially leading the North American region. His distinguished career includes serving as the Director of Global IT Security at Yum! Brands, where he managed security for a vast global network. He also spent three years as the Global Cyber Security Strategy Lead at BHP and over a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a Director of Information Security Services. Richard is a trusted advisor known for his strategic approach to combating dark web threats and his ability to build resilient security frameworks for major international organizations.

Ankit Sharma

VP – Solutions & Field Engineering

Ankit Sharma serves as the Vice President of Solutions & Field Engineering at Cyble. In this role, he builds and leads the Innovation function that sits closest to customers and Sales, translating what the market is asking for into working solutions in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Research.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, Ankit’s team focuses on innovation, rapid experimentation, and customer adoption, turning what proves successful in the field into repeatable capabilities across Cyble’s platform. He brings extensive experience in solution engineering, revenue growth and technical customer engagement within the cybersecurity sector, having consistently taken ownership of complex customer situations and driven cross-functional resolution, contributing to Cyble’s mission to deliver AI-native threat visibility and protection to organizations facing complex digital risks.

Kevin Gerber

VP - Sales - US

Kevin Gerber serves as the Vice President of Sales for the United States at Cyble. In this role, he is responsible for leading the sales strategy and execution across the North American market, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company’s customer base in the region. As a key member of the senior leadership team, Kevin works to align Cyble’s AI-driven threat intelligence offerings with the specific security needs of US enterprises and government entities. He brings extensive experience in sales leadership and business development within the technology and cybersecurity sectors, contributing to Cyble’s mission to provide proactive threat visibility and protection to organizations facing complex digital risks.

Nikolas Kalogirou

VP of Sales, ANZ

Nikolas Kalogirou serves as the Vice President of Sales for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) at Cyble. In this role, he leads the company’s go-to-market strategy and sales execution across the region, driving business growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and expanding Cyble’s presence across the ANZ market.

With over 25 years of leadership experience across ANZ, Southeast Asia, and global markets, Nik has built and scaled high-performing sales organizations throughout the technology and cybersecurity industry. Prior to joining Cyble, he served as Country Manager where he established and grew the regional business into a high-performing organization. Most recently, he led Gigamon’s ANZ business, delivering the company’s strongest regional performance to date.

Known for his customer-first approach and commercial leadership, Nik has extensive experience working with enterprise, government, financial services, telecommunications, and critical infrastructure organizations. His deep expertise in cyber threat intelligence and strategic sales leadership supports Cyble’s mission to help organizations proactively identify, prioritize, and mitigate evolving cyber risks.

Sonali Gupta

VP of Engineering

Sonali Gupta serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Cyble, where she leads the engineering teams responsible for building and maintaining the company’s cutting-edge cybersecurity platforms. In her role, she oversees the technical development of Cyble’s suite of products, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and capable of processing vast amounts of threat data in real-time. As a key technology leader within the organization, Sonali plays a critical part in translating the company’s strategic vision into technical reality, driving innovation in AI and machine learning applications for threat intelligence. She works closely with the product and research teams to deliver solutions that empower clients to predict and prevent cyberattacks, contributing to Cyble’s reputation as a technology-first security provider.

Steve Ingram

Advisory Board

Steve Ingram is a member of Cyble’s Advisory Board, bringing more than 30 years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and executive leadership. He previously served as the Americas Financial Services Cyber Leader at EY (Ernst & Young), where he oversaw significant growth and transformation in the firm’s cyber practice. Prior to that, he was a partner at PwC for 15 years, leading the Asia-Pacific Cyber practice and serving on the ASEANZ Markets Council. Steve’s background includes service with the Australian Federal Police, giving him a unique perspective on the intersection of public trust, law enforcement, and digital security. As a board member of the Institute for Critical Infrastructure Technology (ICIT), he advocates for the resilience of critical national infrastructure and provides strategic guidance to Cyble’s leadership on navigating complex global markets.

Thomas Siah

Vice President - Partner Success

Thomas Siah is the Vice President of Partner Success at Cyble, where he manages the company’s relationships with its channel partners and alliances. He previously served as the Head of Business Development for the APAC region at Cyble, playing a key role in expanding the company’s network in Asia. Before joining Cyble, Thomas was the Director of APJC (Asia Pacific, Japan, and China) at N3, a tech-enabled sales and marketing firm, where he led teams to drive revenue growth for technology clients. He holds a degree in Business Systems from Monash University. Thomas is known for his expertise in channel management and his ability to foster collaborative partnerships that drive mutual growth and market penetration for cybersecurity solutions.

Praveen Sengar

SVP - Customer Success

Praveen Sengar is the Global Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Cyble, where he focuses on driving technology adoption, enhancing client satisfaction, and ensuring retention. With a robust background in IT and business transformation, Praveen previously served as the Founder and CEO of Netrum-SITA, a firm dedicated to quantifying cybersecurity risk. He also held the role of Global Chief Executive Officer at ETEK International Corporation, a leading managed security service provider in Latin America and Asia-Pacific. His experience includes tenure as CIO at NTT, where he optimized IT operations, and various leadership roles at Dimension Data. Praveen holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the Delhi School of Economics and is skilled in aligning technical solutions with business goals to deliver tangible value to customers.
