Cyble (“Cyble,” “we,” “us,” or the “Company”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your Personal Data. This Privacy Notice explains how we process Personal Data when you use the Cyble Vision platform and related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Software”), whether accessed directly or through a distributor, reseller, channel partner, or managed security service provider (MSSP).

Threat intelligence data, including information sourced from the dark web, public forums, and breach repositories, is collected from third-party and publicly available sources. Cyble does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such information and disclaims liability for decisions made based on it.

2. Scope of Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice applies to Personal Data processed in connection with the Cyble Vision Platform. This includes data relating to website visitors, platform users, trial users, and prospective customers.

We use cookies and similar technologies to support the functionality, security, performance, and analytics of the Cyble Vision Platform and related services. 3. Children’s Personal Data

Cyble does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age required by applicable law.

The Cyble Vision Platform is not intended for use by children below the applicable age threshold. If Cyble becomes aware that it has collected Personal Data from a child contrary to applicable law, such data will be deleted.

 Cyble collects and analyses threat intelligence data to support cybersecurity and threat detection activities. Personal Data may be obtained from third-party sources and publicly available sources, including open-source intelligence and, where relevant, dark web sources.

Additional information: We may collect personal information made available by threat actors or other third parties on the dark web or publicly accessible sources through its threat intelligence tools. The categories of data may vary based on the source and threat intelligence purpose.

In limited cases, this may include information relating to identifiable individuals where lawfully accessible and relevant to documented threat intelligence purposes.

5. How we use Personal Data

We use Personal Data collected from customers to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and support the Cyble Vision Platform, including account management and access provisioning.
• Communicate regarding accounts, service updates, security notifications, support requests, and platform changes.
• Monitor customer-provided identifiers, detect potential exposures, generate threat intelligence, and deliver relevant alerts.
• Enrich and analyze threat intelligence data related to customer-provided assets, indicators, domains, IP addresses, files, and other data points.
• Source, process, and maintain data necessary to support platform operations and threat intelligence services.
• Improve the functionality, performance, security, and reliability of the Software.
• Verify compliance with applicable agreements and manage contractual relationships.
• Protect our systems and services, prevent fraud and misuse, respond to security incidents, and comply with legal requirements.
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights, including in connection with claims, investigations, regulatory matters, data breaches, and data subject requests.
• Respond to inquiries and requests submitted through the Software.
• Fulfil any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection or permitted by applicable law.

Certain Personal Data is required to create and manage accounts and provide access to the Software. Failure to provide such information may prevent us from delivering the services. Providing other Personal Data is optional; however, choosing not to provide it may limit certain features, functionality, or communications. We will indicate when information is mandatory.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and preventing unauthorized access to their accounts.

10. How Long We Retain Personal Data

We retain the personal data we collect only for as long as it is necessary as documented in our Data Retention and Disposal Policy – to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, in accordance with our documented data retention schedules, and as required for legal or regulatory obligations.
