Recently a trending ransomware group named NetWalker targeted a bunch of well-established organisations and leaked a part of their data online.
Previously the Cyble Research Team verified and reported the data leak of Nicholas Rick & Co and Barbizon Capital being made by the NetWalker ransomware group. But in this instance, the ransomware group leaked highly sensitive data and documents of Inventus Power, City University, and O2Micro International Limited. Talking about these organisations, Inventus power is the global leader in advanced battery systems and they have been designing integrated power systems for global OEMs for over six decades. City university is an education family based in America, which is primarily focused on providing education in various subjects to college-aged students. Lastly, O2Micro was founded in April 1995, and from then they have been designing and developing innovative power management components for the computer, consumer, industrial, automotive, and communication markets.

Update: On May 18, 2020, the NetWalker ransomware group removed Inventus Power and City University data leak information from their website. Currently from the lot, only O2Micro International Limited enterprise is being listed on their website (along with previous data leaks of Nicholas Rick & Co and Barbizon Capital).
It seems that Inventus Power and City University has made a successful agreement with the ransomware operators by accepting their terms and conditions. Apart from it, data of O2Micro International Limited is on the verge of being leaked in a couple of hours as shown below.
It seems that if the organisation does make an agreement with the ransomware operators, then their sensitive data would be leaked online.
